2011 – 2012: TLC Household Registration Instructions

Registration materials contain several different elements that may or may not pertain to your household. Next to each element will note who it is for. There are no registrations for children only. This is an entire household program.

1. Household Registration Form (For every household in the parish)
2. Sacrament Year Registration Form (For those students set to receive the sacrament of either First Reconciliation/Communion or Confirmation)
3. St. Luke Sacraments Guidelines (For those households that will have children receiving any of the Sacraments of Initiation – 1st, 2nd 7th & 8th grade)
4. Confirmation Data Form (For 8th Grade or High School Track II Confirmation Students)
5. TLC Household Service Form
           
If you have a child receiving a sacrament this year, you MUST provide a COPY of your child’s Baptism Certificate and sponsor form (For Confirmation only) with registration. We will hold and not process your registration if we do not have your Baptismal Certificate or, for Confirmation Students, your Sponsor Form and Baptismal Certificate.
           
Please note that registration for infant Baptisms are handled through Ruth Harris. You can contact her at 848-8077. Since there are only 4 preparation classes a year, we strongly suggest you take them prior to the birth of your child!

That Man Is You (TMIY)

That Man Is You (TMIY) Year 3 - Revelation of the Father helps men to develop the final two leadership traits: Lay a Foundation for the Future and Be willing to Pay the Price. By so doing it transforms men into apostles of the new springtime where they personally help lay the foundation for the rebirth of a truly Christian society. It is a future based upon the superabundant mercy of the Father. (13 weeks in fall 2011)
Fall Start Date: Sept 10, 2011
Fall End Date: Dec 10, 2011
Time: 7:00 AM to 8:30AM (just like before) (13 weeks in Spring 2012)
Spring 2012 Start Date: Jan 14, 2012
Spring 2012 End Date: 13 weeks - depends on weather/Easter.

Young Adults

St. Luke’s Young Adult Ministry or YAMS will be meeting throughout the year. Our YAMS is for anyone ages 18-40 and its goal is to be on the 4th Saturday of the month. We meet for 5:30 mass and then meet downstairs for a shared dinner and an activity. Sometimes its game night, other times its bowling, other times its a concert. Show up and find out!
